Tiffany Beth Jones

Tiffany Beth Jones started her hospitality experience as a child as being the daughter of the Brown’s gave her everyday experience in dining. At meals, there was always a full place setting and cloth napkins to go along with it. In college, she decided to major in Hospitality and Restaurant Management. She earned her Bachelor of Science at Missouri State in Springfield Missouri. During college, she completed many summer internships. The first was at Tan-Tar-A (a Marriott Resort). The property had many restaurants ranging from fast food to fine dining. She also worked at the Old Spaghetti Factory and The Ramada inn At Six flags over St. Louis. Upon graduation, Tiffany accepted a management position with The Old Spaghetti Factory in Nashville, Tennessee. Later, she accepted a position with Chili’s Bar and Grill. After three years, Tiffany accepted a transfer to another concept in the company to Cozymel’s (which has changed hands since). All of these years, Tiffany has required a special ability to make the customer happy. She has great guest satisfactory skills and has the ability to turn a potentially bad experience into a good one.
